TechMint – Disclaimer of Liability

1. No Responsibility for User Content

TechMint (“the Service Provider”) operates solely as a technical hosting platform. All websites, applications, files, and other materials (“User Content”) hosted through TechMint are created, uploaded, and controlled exclusively by their respective users (“Content Owners”). TechMint does not review, monitor, verify, or endorse any User Content.

2. No Liability for Hosted Websites

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechMint shall not be held liable for:

  • The accuracy, legality, safety, or reliability of any User Content
  • Any actions, omissions, or representations made by Content Owners
  • Any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use, misuse, or unavailability of User Content
  • Any intellectual property violations, unlawful activities, or regulatory breaches committed by Content Owners

Each Content Owner bears full legal responsibility for all content they publish and all activities conducted through their hosted website.

3. No Duty to Monitor

TechMint has no obligation to pre-screen, monitor, or actively supervise User Content. However, TechMint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or restrict access to any content that appears to violate applicable laws, court orders, or TechMint policies.

4. Indemnification

By using TechMint’s services, Content Owners agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechMint, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their hosted content or activities.

1. Service Provider Role

TechMint provides infrastructure, server resources, and technical tools for website hosting. TechMint does not act as a publisher, editor, or controller of User Content.

2. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TechMint be liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, business, or reputation
  • Legal disputes between Content Owners and third parties
  • Any content hosted, transmitted, or made available by users

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory invoked.

3. Compliance With Law

TechMint will comply with valid legal requests, including court orders, law-enforcement inquiries, and regulatory obligations. TechMint may suspend or terminate hosting services for content that is unlawful or violates platform policies.

4. User Responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for ensuring that their hosted content complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • Copyright and intellectual property laws
  • Privacy and data-protection regulations
  • Consumer-protection laws
  • Local, national, and international regulations

TechMint assumes no responsibility for ensuring such compliance.
